The Board of Directors of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting in its capacity as the investment manager of India Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), in its meeting held today i.e. on November 10, 2022, inter alia, have approved and adopted the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Information of the Trust for the half-year ended September 30, 2022 alongwith the Limited Review Reports thereon ('Financial Information'), in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 23 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 read with SEBI circular bearing reference no. CIR/IMD/DF/127/2016 dated November 29, 2016.
