SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS_Div2/P/CIR/2022/079 dated June 3, 2022 and other relevant circulars issued by SEBI in this regard, from time to time. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI InvIT Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the copy of Notice of the 4th AGM of the Unitholders along with the Annual Report of the Trust for the financial year 2021-22.
