 Please note that the Fifth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Unitholders of India Infrastructure Trust ('Trust') will be convened on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 ('SEBI InvIT Regulations') read with the relevant circulars issued by SEBI in this regard, from time to time.  Pursuant to the recent amendment in InvIT, Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting as a common Investment Manager of India Infrastructure Trust (''Pipeline InvIT'') and Data Infrastructure Trust (''Data InvIT'') is in the process of implementing few changes in the governance structure to align with the new requirements. following changes have been made: - In terms of the provisions of Regulation 10(25) of SEBI InvIT Regulations, Ms. Puja Tandon, Company Secretary of the Company has been designated to act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 23, 2023 to monitor compliances for both Pipeline InvIT and Data InvIT; - Mr. Pratik Desai has stepped down from the position of Compliance Officer of Pipeline InvIT with effect from the close of business hours on May 22, 2023; and - Mr. Chandra Kant Sharma has stepped down from the position of Compliance Officer of Data InvIT with effect from the close of business hours on May 22, 2023.
