Please note that a meeting of the Pipeline InvIT Committee of WIP (India) Private Limited, acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of India Infrastructure Trust, will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021, to consider and declare distribution to unitholders for and on behalf of India Infrastructure Trust. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Saturday, January 16, 2021. The trading window for dealing in the securities of India Infrastructure Trust will be closed from immediate effect and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting of the Pipeline InvIT Committee, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.04-01-2021
