 Please note that the Fourth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Unitholders of India Infrastructure Trust ('Trust') will be convened on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 ('SEBI InvIT Regulations') read with SEBI circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS_Div2/P/CIR/2022/079 dated June 3, 2022 and other relevant circulars issued by SEBI in this regard, from time to time. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI InvIT Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the copy of Notice of the 4th AGM of the Unitholders along with the Annual Report of the Trust for the financial year 2021-22.
