 This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today, has taken note of the proposed expansion in the existing capacity of pipes business of Hindware Limited (Formerly known as Brilloca Limited), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. a) Existing capacity at Isnapur plant situated in the State of Telangana; 35,000 MT per annum, under expansion to 48,000 MT per annum and expected to be completed by 31st December, 2022. b) Existing capacity utilization; Around 75% of the existing 35,000 MT per annum. c) Proposed capacity addition by way of setting up of Greenfield pipes & fitting plant in Roorkee situated in the State of Uttarakhand; 12,500 MT per annum d) Period within which the proposed capacity is to be added in Roorkee plant as mentioned in (c) above; 31st March, 2024 e) Investment required for Roorkee plant; Around Rs.180 Crore f) Mode of financing; From internal accruals and term loans from bank
