Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter alia : i) Approved the unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022, along with Limited Review Report under Regulation 33 & 52 of SEBI Listing Regulations (Copy attached herewith). ii) Approved the request for re-classification/removal of the names of Mr. Amitabh Das Mundhra, Mrs. Anuja Mundhra, Mrs. Savita Bagri and Mrs. Savita Mundhra from the Promoter/Promoter Group Category of the Company, subject to the approval of the Stock Exchanges and/or such other approval, if any, as may be necessary in this regard.13-08-2022

This is further to our letter dtd 12-08-2022 regarding intimation of receipt of request letter dated 12-08-2022 from Mr. Amitabh Das Mundhra, Mrs. Savita Mundhra , Mrs. Anuja Mundhra and Mrs. Savita Bagri, belonging to promoter and promoter group of the Company for reclassifying /removal of their name from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' of the Company . The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 13-08-2022 considered and approved their request for re-classification/removal of their name from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' of the Company, which is subject to the approval of the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed and /or such other approval, if any, as may be necessary in this regard.13-08-2022

This is further to our letter dtd 29-06-2022 regarding intimation of receipt of request letter dated 28-06-2022 from Mrs. Savita Bagri belonging to promoter and promoter group of the Company for reclassifying /removal of her name from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' of the Company . We have further received letters dated 12-08-2022 from Mr. Amitabh Das Mundhra, Mrs. Savita Mundhra , Mrs. Anuja Mundhra and Mrs. Savita Bagri , not holding any shares in the Company , for reclassification /removal of their name from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' of the Company and confirming their compliance of Regulation 31A(3)(b) of SEBI LODR .
