 Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2020, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :1. Recommendation for payment of final dividend of Rs. 106 per equity share Rs. 10 each and one-time special dividend of Rs. 243 per equity share Rs. 10 each for the year ended December 31, 2019. The total dividend recommended is Rs. 349 per equity share Rs. 10 each for the year ended December 31, 2019.2. The final as well as one-time special dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after May 05, 2020.

 We refer to our letter dated 5th February 2020 informing you of our Board Meeting that was scheduled today. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.30 p.m. The following items were considered and approved: 1. Recommendation for payment of final dividend of Rs.106 per equity share Rs. 10 each and one-time special dividend of Rs.243 per equity share Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st December 2019. The final as well as one-time special dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after 5th May 2020.
