This has reference to our letter no(s). RML/SE/62/2019-20 dated March 23, 2020, informing closure of plants and offices situated across India due to outbreak of COVID-19 and in line with instructions of the central/state governments/local authorities. Further to the above, we would like to state that based on the various relaxations and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and by the respective State Governments and permissions from local authorities, the Company has partially resumed its operations in most of its plants and offices with restricted manpower w.e.f. May 8, 2020. The continuance of operations in these places however depends on directives of local authorities, issued from time to time and based on incidence of COVID 19 cases in the area concerned. As per the provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) this is to inform that:- a.with regard to the Company''s debt instruments/ total Bank Loan facilities of Rs. 498 crores, CRISIL Limited has - i) reaffirmed- Long-Term Rating of ''CRlSlL A-'' with outlook of ''Negative'', ii) reaffirmed - Short-Term Rating of ''CRlSlL A2+'' b.with regard to the Company's Commercial Paper of Rs. 40 crores, CRISIL Limited has - i) withdrawan - 'CRISIL A2+' rating on the request made by the Company. We enclose herewith the relevant credit rating letter(s) dated April 24, 2020 received by the Company earlier today. Kindly note that the rating rationale is available on the CRISIL website.
