This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held today, i.e. 13th February, 2020 has considered and approved the following : 1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid results is also enclosed. Further, pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Corporation would be publishing extract of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019. 2. Issuance of Secured and/or Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures not exceeding Rs.350 crores on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, from time to time. The Board has entrusted the functions of deciding on the issue date, denomination, terms and conditions of issue etc. to a Committee formed for the purpose.13-02-2020
