 We refer to your email dated November 10, 2022 addressed to us at The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Limited. The news report you refer to has no connection to our Corporation. It relates to The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited ('Bombay Dyeing'). It is learnt from the news report, which is a matter of public record, that the Hon'ble Securities Appellate Tribunal has unconditionally stayed the effect and operation of the SEBI Order on October 21, 2022 which had issued directions restraining Bombay Dyeing from dealing in securities and accessing the securities market and a few directors and personnel of that company. It is also now a matter of public record that the Hon'ble Securities Appellate Tribunal has unconditionally stayed the effect and operation of the aforesaid SEBI Order. We have no comment or disclosure to make in the matter.
