Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from 1st January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 as intimated to the Exchanges vide our letter dated 31st December, 2020.
