 Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are sending herewith Notice of 16th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29th day of September, 2021 at 12:30 pm through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 and Circular No. 02/2021 dated January 13, 2021. Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing facility of remote e-voting and e-voting during AGM to all the shareholders for all the items of business contained in the Notice. The remote e-voting period will begin on 26th September, 2021 (9 am) and end on 28th September, 2021 (5 pm). Accordingly, to determine the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically, the Company has fixed 22nd September, 2021 as cut-off date.
