 This is in reference to your letter no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SR/ 2022-2023 / 2462 dated 1st July, 2022. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Company is in compliance with Regulation 30 and all other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and has been regular in providing information to the stock exchanges, of all the events or information which have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company and the said information is in the public domain. Further, we may inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all its directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2022. Therefore, no such person has dealt in shares of the Company. Further, there is no information / announcement (including impending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in the scrip of the company.
