 We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 to inter alia, consider and approve the following: a) Raise funds not exceeding USD 13 Mn (Equivalent to approximately INR 108 crores) by way of issuance of inter alia equity shares, foreign currency convertible bonds, global depository receipts, American depository receipts and/ or any other instruments convertible into equity shares; and b) Issue non-convertible debentures for an amount not exceeding INR 500 crores, to identified investors.
