This is to inform you that the 14th meeting of the Committee of Creditors ('CoC') of Viceroy Hotels Limited (under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) ('the Company') was held on Monday, 31st December, 2018 at Plot No. 20, Sector - I, Survey No. 64, 4th Floor, HUDA Techno Enclave, Hyderabad - 500 081, Telangana, India. The e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the 14th meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced at 02.01.2019, 14:00 hours and concluded on 03.01.2019 14:00 hours.
