 Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders in their extraordinary general meeting held on June 16, 2004 have approved the following:1.Sub division of equity shares from Rs 10 each into equity shares of Rs 5 each.2.Issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 3:1 i.e. three bonus shares of Rs 5 each for every one equity share of Rs 5 each.3.Alteration in capital clause in Memorandum and articles of Association.
