Reasons for Re-submission of Revised Financial Results for FY 2018-19: As per Section 143(6) of Companies Act, 2013, O/o The Director General of Commercial Audit Audit Board-I) Mumbai, have conducted Supplementary Audit of the Accounts of the Company (HOCL) for the year 2018-19. As per the Provisional Comments issued by them, the Accounts have been revised as per the approval of the Board vide Circular Agenda No. 2/2019 dated 29th July, 2019. Accordingly the Quarterly results for the Quarter ended and year ended 31.03.2019 have been revised. The net impact on the Statement of Profit & Loss is a decrease in the Profit by Rs. 156.20 lakh during the year 2018-19 and a decrease of loss by Rs. 221.20 lakh during the year 2017-18.
