 We, HINDUSTAN ORGANIC CHEMICALS LIMITED (CIN: L99999MH1960GOI011895) registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and situated at 401, 402, 403, 4th floor, V-Times Square Plot no. 3, Sector 15, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, submitted application before the Hon'ble Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai for alteration of registered office clause in the Memorandum of Association of the company regarding shifting of registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Kerala. Hon'ble Regional Director has considered our application and passed order confirming the alteration in Clause II of Memorandum of Association of our company. Based on RD order the registered office of the company shall be situated in the State of Kerala where the Factory of the company is located. We now hereby submit the copy of order issued by Hon'ble Regional Director for kind information and records of BSE.
