In continuation to our letter dated October 28, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that Board of Directors at their meeting held today (i.e. November 06, 2023) have approved the following agenda items inter alia: 1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023; 2. Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company in respect with Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
