In continuation to our earlier communication dated October 4, 2021, we wish to inform you that ICRA Limited vide their letter dated October 25, 2021 have assigned the ratings to the overall credit facilities of the Company. Earlier ICRA had assigned ratings to only INR 25 Crores of credit line of the Company, however, now it has covered the entire line of credit of the company aggregating to INR 110 crores and has assigned '[ICRA]A- (Stable) /[ICRA]A2+' rating and the outlook is stable (including the previously reported Cash Credit of Rs. 25.00 Crores) [the long-term rating is reaffirmed at [ICRA]A- and has assigned a Short-term rating of [ICRA]A2+].
