we wish to inform you that the Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, Manager of Embassy Office Parks REIT, at its meeting held on November 22, 2019 has approved the allotment of 6,500 rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each, aggregating to Rs.650,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on a private placement basis under Tranche II as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the information memorandum dated November 19, 2019 for the said issue.
