With reference to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, and our earlier disclosure made on January 21, 2020, we intimate that an order from National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai has been received by the Company stating that Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No. 224 of 2020 filed by HDFC Bank Limited (Financial Creditor) against Company under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Application under any other Provisions of IBC, 2016 for Outstanding loan is disposed of as an Interlocutory Application for withdrawal was filed by the Financial Creditor before NCLT contending that the matter has been amicably settled out of the Court between the Parties.
