 With reference to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, and in continuation of earlier disclosure made by Company on 30.09.2019, we intimate that ICICI bank vide their email dated 31.01.2020 has agreed to give an in principal approval for extension of date for balance payment of Rs. 7,75,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Seventy Five Lacs Only) out of total amount of Rs. 12,50,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crores Fifty Lacs Only) for one time settlement (OTS) from 31.12.2019 to 31.03.2020 as per request made by Company. The bank shall charge 12.50% interest for the delayed period on the unpaid OTS amount.
