Approved the re-appointment of M/s. R. S. M. & Co; Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors for the FY 2020-21. 4. Approved the re-appointment of M/s Protivity India Members Private Limited as Internal Auditors for the FY 2020-21. 5. Approved the re-appointment of M/s Jangira & Associates, Cost Accountants as Cost Auditors for FY 2020-21. 6. Amended the Company's Code of conduct for Insider Trading and fair disclosure. 7.
