Board recommends Final Dividend

 TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2017, inter alia, has recommended the Final Dividend subject to approval of members @ 40 % viz. Rs. 2 per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2016-17. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid / dividend warrants shall be dispatched on or before 30th day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
