Further to our intimation dated October 15, 2018, with respect to receipt of separate notice of demands dated October 09, 2018 to the tune of Rs 26 Crores and Rs 43.24 Crores for the assessment years 2013-14 and 2014-15 respectively from the Income Tax Department by ITOPL, this is to inform that ITOPL had filed appeal against the abovesaid demand notices with Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi Bench ('ITAT'). ITAT has passed a consolidated order dated March 15, 2019 (downloaded by the Company/ITOPL on March 22, 2019, hard/certified copy of which is yet to be received) disposing off the demands raised through above said notices in favour of ITOPL by deleting the additions made by the Assessing Officer and confirmed/enhanced by the CIT (Appeals).
