 PursuanttotheprovisionsofReg30ofSEBI(LODR)Regulations, 2015,wewishtoinformyouthatBoardofDirectorsoftheCompanyhas decidedtodiscontinuetransmissionandoperationsofoneofits CurrentAffairsNewsChannel'Dilli Aajtak' (DAT)wef30.06.2020. TheChannel'Dilli Aajtak'contributeslessthan1%tothetotal revenuesoftheCompany(totalincomefromDATforFYended 31.03.2020wasRs.370.93lakhsoutoftotalincomeRs.89,956.52 lakhsoftheCompany).ThenetworthcontributionbyDATwasalso negligible.Further,thebusinessofDAThasnotgrownoverthe years,henceitis not viable to continue with the transmission and operations of DAT. Also, services of some of the people working in channel 'Dilli Aajtak' can be utilised more effectively in supporting the operations of the flagship channel of the Company viz. AajTak.
