Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), including Regulation 30 & 33, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of T.V. Today Network Limited ('the Company'), at their meeting held today, i.e., February 11, 2022, has inter alia: Approved the alteration of 'Object Clause' of the Memorandum of Association ('MOA') of the Company to include additional objects in the areas of skill based e-games, education, news aggregation, cinematograph trade etc. and deleting of 'Other Objects' to bring the Object Clause in line with the requirements of Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of shareholders by way of Postal ballot. A brief of alteration of Object Clause of MOA is attached herewith as Annexure-1.11-02-2022
