Shri Rashmikant Joshi has confirmed that there is no other material reason for demitting his office as Director of the Company. Shri Rashmikant Joshi joined as Director of the Company on September 15, 2014.The Board of Directors has placed on record its deep appreciation for the invaluable contribution made by Shri Rashmikant Joshi for the overall growth of the Company.
