Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our earlier communication vide letter dated 26th March 2020, this is to inform you that: 1. considering the gravity of the COVID-19 and to ensure adherence to lockdown conditions laid down by the Central and State Governments from time to time, we have extended work from home till 3rd May 2020 subject to staggered resumption of work, as and when such permissions become available and as and when relaxations are made by the government in this regard. 2. given the uncertainty around the situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.15-04-2020
