This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 9th June 2020 considered the following items of business: 2. Dividend and Book Closure: The Board Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.20 (20 Paise Only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed for the purpose of dividend from Friday, 3rd July, 2020 to Thursday, 9th July, 2020 both days inclusive. 3. Annual General Meeting: The Board decided that the 140th Annual General Meeting of the Company would be held on Thursday, 9th July, 2020 at 3:45 pm through video conference/other audio visual means in accordance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May, 2020.09-06-2020
