Company hereby pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 informs that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 28th June, 2023 have elevated and appointed Mr. Rahul Anand who is currently Chief Executive Officer - Bombay Realty division as the Manager of the Company with effect from 9th August, 2023. This is in view of the completion of tenure of current Manager of the Company Mr. Suresh Khurana, which will be coming to an end in near future i.e. 8th August, 202328-06-2023
