We wish to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the company will remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July,2023 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June. 2023 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed. The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges. As on the date of termination of the Scheme, there were no outstanding Units (as defined in the Scheme). GRAVITA INDIA LTD. - 533282 - Intimation Under Regulation 30(4) Of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
This is to inform that due to 'Cyclone Biparjoy' which is widely reported by the India Meteorological Department, the Mundra plant of the company has been impacted. The company operations were already suspended as a precautionary measure from Government Authorities. Further, the cyclone has damaged some parts of the plant and operations of said plant has been suspended for few days to protect the people and the assets of the Company. Overall damage will be assessed once weather conditions normalize. The company has full insurance coverage for this and the same has been informed to Insurance Company also.16-06-2023
