Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, May 25, 2023, have duly approved the Audited Financial Results Standalone and Consolidated along with the Auditor's Report issued by Company's Statutory Auditors M/s B S R & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants and Declaration on Audit Report with unmodified opinion. The Board of Directors have recommended final dividend of Re.1/-(Rupee One) per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. As per Regulation 42, the Board has fixed Friday, July 28, 2023, as the Record Date for payment of the Final Dividend. The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholder's approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
