EUROTEX INDUSTRIES & EXPORTS LTD. - 521014 - Closure of Trading Window

 Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Company''s code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from 1st April, 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
