 Intimation of Demise of Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta, Independent Director Under Regulation 30 of SEBI( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 We regret to inform you that today the Company was intimated about the sad demise of Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta (Independent Director) on 15th September, 2023. Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta was appointed as an Independent Director of Eurotex Industries & Exports Limited (EIEL) and played crucial role through his long career at EIEL. Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta was appointed on the Board of the Company in the year 2003 and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and guidance during his tenure. Shri Vinod Kumar Gupta''s passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the company convey their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
