Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company w.e.f. 01 October 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2022. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, Board Meeting date, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2022 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.28-09-2022
