 With reference to the subject cited, it is submitted that the Company is SME listed Company and listed on BSE Limited (SME Platform). Hence, the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 relating to providing electronic voting facility is not applicable to the Company. Moreover, all the three resolutions placed at the 7th Annual General Meeting held on 29th September, 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company were passed with requisite majority by vote on show of hands. Hence, Disclosure as per Regulation 44 in respect of voting by shareholders through remote e-voting facility & poll is not applicable to the Company.
