This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has on 13th October, 2020 by passing a Circular Resolution allotted 55,10,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- as fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares to the Members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members of the Company/List of Beneficial Owners as on 12th October, 2020 being the Record Date fixed for Bonus Issue in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs.10/- for every 1 (One) fully paid Equity Share of Rs.10/-. The Bonus Equity Shares so allotted shall rank pari- passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company. Consequent to the completion of allotment of Bonus Equity Shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 11,02,00,000/- divided in 11002000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up. The Company is in the process of obtaining Listing and Trading permission for the aforesaid Bonus issue within statutory time period.
