The Notice seeks approval of members of Northern Spirits Limited ("Company") through Postal Ballot by way of remote electronic voting only ("remote e-voting"). Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only by email to all the members of the Company who have registered their email addresses with the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent or respective depository participant and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-off date i.e., March 24, 2023.
