Please find below the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the 14th February, 2023: 1. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. The said results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. A copy of the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor thereon is enclosed herewith. 2. The Board of Directors discussed on the proposed restructuring of the Corporate Structure and sought further time for elaborate study of the proposal.
