The results are being reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on May 6, 2023 The Board meeting was commenced at 1.30 pm and concluded at 2.30 pm These results are also being placed at the web-site of Company (www.transchem.net). The Trading Window for the shares of the Company that was closed for designated persons since April 01, 2023 will reopen on May 08, 2023 after 48 hours of the declaration of results.
