 We would like to inform that the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditor dated 10th February, 2023 (unmodified opinion) was submitted to the stock exchange along with outcome of the Board meeting held on 10th February, 2023 within the stipulated time.We would like to inform that the financial results pertaining to the nine months ended 31st December, 2022 are presented intact. However, we regret to inform that the figures relating to the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 was erroneously and unintentionally included in the first column containing the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 while presenting the said unaudited financial results / segment reporting due to formula error in the excel workbook.
