 Referring to the Intimation No. KVFL/SEC/2022-23/27 dt. November 11, 2022 , the Stock Exchange is hereby informed that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on November 11, 2022 has appointed Mr. Viralkumar S Shah as Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel ('KMP') in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subsequently approved by the Audit Committee w.e.f. Thursday, December 01, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder and Regulation 30 read with applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.
