 Tega Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code of Conduct'), the Company has already informed to Stock Exchanges vide its letter dated December 21, 2023 that the trading window for trading in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2023 and accordingly, the trading window shall be closed till February 11, 2024 and shall re-open thereafter.
