 Supershakti Metaliks Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of our letter dated 23rd June, 2020, pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th June, 2020 has been deferred until further notice. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed with effect from 01st April, 2020 and shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2020.
