 We would like to inform that Board of Directors at its meeting held on the 30th May 2023 recommended final dividend for the year ended 31st March 2023 @ Re 0.70/- (7%) per equity share of Rs 10/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, 26th July 2023. The record date is fixed on 19th July, 2023. The final dividend if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or before, 22nd August, 2023.
