 Please take note that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting, commenced on April 29, 2021 and concluded on April 30, 2021, approved the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results ('Results') for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the signed Results along with Auditors Report and declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations is attached herewith. At the said meeting, the Board of Directors have recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.33/- (66.50%) per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend, upon approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to eligible shareholders.
