Synergy Green Industries Ltd - 541929 - Business Performance Update On First Three Months (Q1) Of FY 2019-20

 Dear Investors, Synergy Green Industries Ltd is pleased to update you the business performance for first three months (Q1) of FY 2019-20 as per following: 1. Sales Revenue increased by 24.2% to Rs 50.76 Crores as compared to Rs 40.87 Crores during corresponding first quarter of FY 2018-19. 2. Absolute PBDIT figures increased by 117% to Rs 6.52 Crores as compared to Rs 3.01 Crores during corresponding quarter of previous year. 3. Company has got healthy executable order book/schedules for FY 2019-20 to achieve 40% revenue growth over previous year. 4. During recent floods in Kolhapur, plant is completely safe. However, one-week production got impacted due to raw material, electricity and employees. Capacity expansion activities are also marginally got affected. Production from new facility is expected to start during Oct 19.

Synergy Green Industries Ltd - 541929 - Non Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) If SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015.

 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the submission of Related Party Disclosures within 30 days from the date of publication of standalone Financial results w.e.f. the half year ending on 31st March 2019 we would like to clarify that according to regulation 15(2) (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015the compliances in respect of regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub-regulations (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D, and E of Schedule V shall not apply in respect of the Listed Entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. Since Synergy Green Industries Limited has listed its securities on BSE-SME platform, the disclosures under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 will not be applicable to the Company.
